When this documented Tiffany glass window was discovered in a barn in Massachusetts, it was 100% covered with several layers of paint. It is thought to have been designed for a school. The window measures 6' high x 2'22" wide. " Very fine examples of many types of Tiffany glass are used in this window. Tiffany jewels, ornament the bodice of lady's dress and her hair. There is extensive use of multi-colors in the design. The lady is in a standing position and displays a beautiful gown made of drapery glass. Her head and hands are painted. She is standing on a cloud of blue, orange and red, and is surrounded by two torchiers with scrolls around the bases containing names of poets, musician and artists. Framing the lady's head is an ornamental halo studded with Tiffany jewels. There is much use of beautiful mult-colored glass in the background. The torches contain rippled glass with smoke and flame arising from them in an array of orange and yellow glass. Dr. E. Neustadt
